Located in San Rafael, Mendoza, Bodegas Bianchi is sited on privileged soils that contain the highest virtues for wine and sparkling wine production.
Walk along the vineyards, learn all about the elaboration process on a tour around our winery, or simply sit down and enjoy a glass of our most awarded and globally-acclaimed exponents.

Visit the Winery
Format: No previous reservation required.
Come taste our wines and sparkling wines on a guided tour through our winery.
Walk around areas of our vineyard, learn about the elaboration processes walking along the winery, and taste wine from the tank.
Visit our barrel cellar and discover our Sparkling Wine winery.
The tour closes with a sparkling wine tasting session at the tourism lounge.

Walk around areas of our vineyard and learn about the elaboration processes of our wines and sparkling wines. Visit our barrel cellar to discover our Sparkling Wine winery.
Take part in a directed wine-tasting session of the awarded Famiglia Bianchi at the majestic central dome. The tour concludes in the tourism lounge with a wine tasting session of our traditionally elaborated sparkling wine.
Create your
own blend
Format: Prior reservation and availability required.
Become an enologist for a day and make your own blend! Start by touring around the winery to reach the main dome where you’ll attend an introductory lecture on different wine blends.
Assisted by a professional sommelier, each person in the party will create their own blends according to their taste and preference.
Each blend will be reflected in a technical fact sheet with its corresponding tasting note for participants to keep.
The experience concludes with a tour around the Sparkling Wine winery and a wine tasting session of our traditionally elaborated sparkling wine in the tourism lounge.
Individual
Tasting
Become a sommelier and partake in an individual wine tasting session of our wines or sparkling wines. Select three varieties to taste according to the varietal or type of wine of your choice: sparkling, premium, or wine family.
Each glass will include its descriptive technical fact sheet and tasting note which will complement the sensory experience during the tasting.
Attend the Vineyard
Format: Prior reservation and availability required.
Become a winegrower for a day. Walk about the vineyards and learn the processes behind their care and maintenance. Visit a soil pit to understand how the characteristics of the terroir impact the quality of our grapes. Continue the visit partaking in one of the following activities: harvesting, trimming, or uprooting the plants (depending on the season.)
The experience concludes with a tour around the winery followed by a wine tasting session of the Famiglia line in the tourism lounge.
Bicycle Tour
around the Vineyard
Bike across the vineyards and enjoy a guided tour to the winery where you’ll see the wines’ production area, the barrel cellar, and the Sparkling Wine winery.
Participate in a directed wine tasting session of award-winning Famiglia Bianchi in the majestic central dome, and culminate the visit with a tasting session of our traditionally elaborated sparkling wine in the tourism lounge.
Meat & Cheese Platter with Wine
Sit back and contemplate the amazing panoramic view from our tourism lounge while enjoying an exquisite platter of smoked meat: Salmon, Deer, Boar, Rhea - and smoked cheese.
